One-hour of HIIT full body workout! Let's HIIT hard or stay home.

Thursday ~ 6:30-7:30pm

HIIT BETTER WITH COURT

Saturdays ~ 12:00-1:00pm

High intensity cardio, consist of full body work-out. Lose fat, burn calories and build muscle while having fun doing so. It's fun, effective and beginner friendly for anyone.

IGNITION SATURDAY

Saturdays ~  9:00-10:00am

IGNITION SATURDAY:  A Caribbean H.I.T.T Guyanese based total body work our at your body's intensity.

AERIAL FITNESS MIXED LEVEL

Wednesdays ~ 7:15-8:15pm

This is a mixed level drop in class that will combine strength training and fabric conditioning for all levels.

AERIAL FITNESS ADVANCED

(6-Week Class)  Saturdays ~ 3:00-4:00pm

Aerial Fitness 6-week class helps develop upper body strength and have fun doing it! The stretching is safe because the fabric provides incredible support. You will increase your knowledge of spatial intelligence or where you are in space as you gain a new outlook within the third dimensional range. Experience the ultimate workout for your core as you learn to move your whole body through the fabric in various postures.
