how it works
All consultations and training sessions are by appointment only. We ask that you please arrive 15-minutes prior to your appointment to take care of admin prior to verbal consultation with the Personal Trainer. Appointments can be made by clicking on the link below.
Typically, your first session with the personal trainer at the PHIT Shop will consist of some admin to include confirmation of fitness goals, assessment, address Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q), brief workout, and photo.
A 24-hour cancellation notice required to avoid being charged for a scheduled session. The first late cancellation will not be charged. After your first ‘Cancel’ or ‘No-Show’ will result in loss of a session and charged for the missed session. If you have to reschedule, please do so within 24-hours.
Meet your trainer
Kim Reaves, aka “PHIT4U,” Group Fitness Instructor and Master Fitness Trainer from Burlington, N.C. My first passion is functional fitness, essentially when you use your body to build your anatomy resulting in improved core strength, balance, a healthy heart, relaxation, and overall optimal health.
During my tenure as a Personal Trainer, I’ve cloned myself training several Personal Trainers, achieved many awards, some of which are: Personal Trainer of the Year Awards from local gyms (12) and nomination for #1 High Intense Interval Training (HIIT) Class in the Hampton Roads Area for Awarding All Genres Of Fitness (AAGOF) Award.
If you desire a dynamic workout, that produces optimal results, then you need a Master Fitness Trainer....That would be ME.......I am PHIT4U.
